Counselling is normally most effective if we can meet on a weekly basis. However, I understand that this is not always possible due to life commitments and affordability.
Payment can be made in cash or electronic transfer at the end of each session. If you are being funded by an organisation, the necessary arrangements for payment of fees should be made in advance.
The rate for individual counselling is £55 per 60 minute session. (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
I offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge over the telephone for individuals.
